GLASGOW’S Drygate Brewing Co teamed up with Celtic Connections to create a limited edition beer for the music festival, which kicked off on January 15 and runs until February 1.
Festival Brew is a 4.4% ABV pale ale made using hops from New Zealand. The beer is currently available at festival venues including the Old Fruitmarket, The Festival Club at Glasgow School of Art and the Royal Concert Hall.
Colin Johnston (pictured) of Drygate described Celtic Connections as an “integral part of the winter calendar” and said the brewery team “didn’t think twice” when approached by festival organisers.
