SCOTLAND’S Speciality Food Show will take place next month at the SECC in Glasgow.
Organisers claim this year’s event, on January 18, has attracted new exhibitors including Audrey Baxter’s Signature range of jams and relishes, Eden Brewery, The Little Herb Company and Hamlyns of Scotland.
It will also feature talks and seminars for new firms, expert advice from industry figures and a Best Products Awards.
