THE Spirit Pub Company has reduced the asking price of The Old Castle bar and restaurant in Ayrshire.
Property firm CDLH is now marketing the venue in Dundonald, between Kilmarnock and Troon, for offers over £195,000.
The agent said the sale represents a “great opportunity” for an experienced food-led operator to develop a quality business.
The bar is also said to offer development potential.
Kevin Hunter of CDLH said: “This is a great opportunity which is likely to appeal to a range of purchasers given the trading potential of the subjects and development potential.”
