MICHELIN-starred chef Martin Wishart is to open his first restaurant in Glasgow.
Wishart will open The Honours Glasgow at the city’s Malmaison on November 14 following a multi-million pound refurbishment.
The new 106-cover restaurant will be his fourth Scottish eatery and joins a brasserie of the same name in Edinburgh’s New Town and his eponymous restaurants in Leith and at Cameron House, Loch Lomond.
“This is a new and exciting venture with the Malmaison Group which I believe will further enhance Glasgow’s already growing reputation for great food and hospitality,” said Wishart.
“I have been looking for over a year for the right location for The Honours. [Business partner] Paul Tamburrini and I have always wanted to bring our concept to Glasgow, working with the Malmaison Group is the perfect opportunity and we are really looking forward to opening.”
