THE British Hospitality Association has announced that Sky has become a ‘key partner’ of the organisation.
The agreement will see Sky working with BHA members to share information on how businesses can capitalise on different trends to improve their customers’ experiences.
They also hope to increase customer loyalty, drive room sales, increase room rates and boost positive customer reviews.
Ufi Ibrahim, CEO of the BHA, said: “Ultimately we want the UK to be renowned as the global industry leader for hospitality and tourism, and evolving the guest experience in hotels through innovation is a powerful and exciting next step.”
Sky was already a sponsor of the BHA’s 2014 Hospitality and Tourism Summit.
