STAR Pubs & Bars is to roll out its SmartDispense draught cooling system to half of its 1100-strong UK pub estate.
The move will see the Heineken-owned pubco install the system in a further 390 pubs over the next two years.
Trading director Chris Jowsey said pubs with the system see an average increase in sales of 4%. “The hallmark of a great pub is a great pint and SmartDispense makes this easily achievable for any operator,” said Jowsey.
