MORE than 130 licensees from across Scotland attended what is claimed to be the country’s largest pub business building event this month.

Punch Taverns’ annual roadshow at the Royal Highland Centre, Edinburgh, attracted over 50% of its Scottish estate and was designed to help licensees grow their businesses.
Visitors were able to take advantage of exclusive deals and discounts.
Licensees also arranged meetings with trade suppliers and had the chance to sample thousands of products.
Brian Davidson, Punch’s regional operations director for Scotland, said: “The event was a great success.
“It is such a unique but valuable opportunity to bring together brewers and on-trade suppliers, licensees and Punch personnel under one roof, all for mutual benefit.”
