A NEW owner is being sought for a prominent Perthshire hotel.
Scottish Business Centre is marketing the Royal Hotel in the heart of Blairgowrie.
The hotel has 35 bedrooms, a 120-capacity function room and two restaurants: Glens, which is said to currently offer traditional-style dining, and the “more casual” Sizzlin Kiltie Steakhouse & Bar.
Scottish Business Centre said the size, layout and “prime location” of the hotel, offers new owners scope to develop the full site or part of the grounds and car park.
The Royal Hotel is on the market with an asking price of £549,000.
