MCEWAN’S is urging consumers to get involved in a new social media campaign which aims to celebrate the heritage of its beers.
The campaign will create an interactive timeline charting the history of McEwan’s, which was founded in 1856.
It aims to chart the heritage of its established beers, which include McEwan’s Export, 60/-, 70/- and 80/-, as well as some of the newer brews to join the family, such as McEwan’s Red, Amber, Signature and IPA.
The campaign will run on McEwan’s Facebook page where fans will be able to upload their pictures, videos and memories to the timeline.
Tara Karimian, brand manager for McEwan’s, said: “The beer has been around for so long many drinkers have a real affinity with the brand and we hear from many people who are eager to share their memories with us.”
