EDINBURGH beer firm Innis & Gunn has expanded its sales team through two new appointments, bringing the company’s total UK sales force to eight.
Mark Hyson joins the firm as field sales executive for the ‘Scotland east’ region while Rachel Mackay joins as business development manager for London and the south.
Hyson joins Innis & Gunn with experience of the Scottish on-trade including stints as manager for The Sitting Room and Tolbooth Tavern in Edinburgh, while Mackay previously worked as a sales manager for Bacardi Brown-Forman Brands.
Innis & Gunn also expanded its marketing team, appointing Claire McPherson to the newly-created role of hospitality manager at the firm’s Edinburgh head office.
