INVERARITY Morton has been awarded the UK supply contract for Spanish winery Bodegas Campillo.
The wholesaler is marketing six wines from Bodegas Campillo, which is part of Spain’s Grupo Faustino, after taking on the portfolio on June 19.
Ian Cumming, commercial directory at Inverarity Morton, said the wholesaler aims to drive on-trade distribution in ‘top-tier’ bars and restaurants.
“Bodegas Campillo has established a rightful reputation worldwide as one of Spain’s premier producers,” he said.
“They make wines of consistently high quality and we’ve been fervent ambassadors of the brand for many years.
“Their wines have always remained extremely popular with our customers and we look forward to taking Bodegas Campillo to new levels in Britain.”
