AN Art Deco-styled restaurant in Stonehaven is on the market, available as a new lease or freehold purchase.

The eatery has been operated by Robert and Jacki Cleaver for the past nine years and, according to The Restaurant Agency, which is handling the sale, offers “consistent turnover levels around the £450,000 mark”.
