HOTEL firm Chardon Trading has purchased the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Royal Mile and Holiday Inn Express Dunfermline.
Both hotels were originally built and managed by Chardon Management, which was sold last year for an undisclosed sum to Interstate Hotels & Resorts; the two hotels will continue to be managed by Interstate.
Funding for Chardon Trading’s acquisition was provided by RBS.
