A NEW owner is being sought for a hotel in the Fife village of Kingskettle.
The Crown Hotel includes four letting bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and three-bedroom owner’s flat. It ceased trading in early 2013 when the owner moved south.
“The Crown Hotel offers a great opportunity for a ‘new start’ venture for enthusiastic proprietors keen to run their own business,” said Alistair Letham of selling agent Colliers International.
“Its prominent corner location, at the heart of Kingskettle, puts it in an excellent position to cater for the requirements of locals and visitors alike.”
Colliers is seeking offers of around £175,000 for the hotel.
