AN Aberdeen publican claims to be reaping the rewards of switching his dispense system.
James Gray, licensee of The Noose & Monkey, said the new Heineken SmartDispense system has significantly cut wastage at the pub while providing cost savings on energy.
The system was installed late last year as part of a refurbishment funded by Gray’s landlord, the Heineken-owned Star Pubs & Bars.
Gray said that through the installation of the system “I’m probably looking at a saving of around £8000-£9000 a year”.
