STAFF at a Scottish stately home have become proficient at foraging their own ingredients – thanks to a lesson from a professional chef.

Trevor Garden, executive chef with catering firm Sodexo Prestige, took the team from Dundas Castle on a tour of the local countryside last month to teach them how to pick their own ingredients.
