TWO former Bramwell Pub Company outlets have come on to the market as leasehold opportunities.
The Malt Cross in Ayr and The Logie Baird in Helensburgh were previously operated as Smith & Jones-branded outlets by the pub group, which went into administration last year.
Kevin Hunter of property firm CDLH, which is handling the sale, said the pubs are available on “attractive new, long-term leases free of any trade or beer tie”.
“Both units benefit from high quality fit outs with fully equipped commercial kitchens,” he said.
“The quality, size and location of the units provide a great opportunity to develop an excellent business and sales.”
The Malt Cross and The Logie Baird are available at £45,000 and £35,000 per annum respectively.
