A NEW owner is being sought for a hotel business on the banks of Loch Linhe near Fort William.
Creag Mhor Lodge trades with ten letting bedrooms but is said to offer scope to increase this to 12 by taking in space used by the current owners. The extensive grounds in which the Victorian property are set are also said to offer potential for expansion.
Bruce & Co’s Jayne Adamson, who is handling the sale, said new owners could increase immediate turnover by introducing a restaurant at Creag Mhor Lodge.
“The business already receives regular and repeat custom from all over the world and there are already forward bookings for new owners to take on,” she said.
“New buyers will inherit an excellent and unique walk-in opportunity, acquiring an already profitable business with scope to increase turnover further.”
