A BAR, restaurant and retail business on the Isle of Arran is up for sale after more than 40 years under the same ownership.

Located on the seafront in the centre of Brodick, Bilslands comprises a licensed cafe/bistro, retail unit selling a range of goods, and a mini-golf course. Included in the sale is a staff accommodation chalet behind the property; a five-bedroom bungalow is also available by separate negotiation.
Colliers International director Paul Shiels, who is marketing Bilslands with a price tag of offers over £1.2 million, said: “Mr and Mrs Bilsland believe the time is now right to hand on the baton and we expect significant interest from entrepreneurial individuals or companies looking to build on its excellent reputation and commercial success.”
