A NEW fine dining restaurant is set to open in Dundee after a hospitality firm acquired premises on Exchange Street in a deal brokered by Shepherd.
BJM Hospitality acquired a ten-year lease on the ground-floor 47-cover outlet, which was said to be “fully-fitted and ready for immediate occupation and use”.
“We’re delighted to secure this lease, which provides further welcome evidence of Dundee’s buoyant hospitality sector,” said Jonathan Reid, partner at Shepherd.
