A LICENSED coffee house in Dundee’s former Stock Exchange building has come onto the market.

Caffe Borsa is said to have a capacity of 60 covers, with an additional 50 available in the piazza area to the front of the building.
Jonathan Clough, director of Smith & Clough Business Associates, who is handling the sale, said Caffe Borsa offers a “unique opportunity for a new, incoming operator to benefit from the expertise and infrastructure already put in place in establishing an innovative and vibrant facility that is truly unique in the Dundee marketplace”.
Offers in excess of £75,000 are sought for the leasehold.
