A LICENSED coffee house in Dundee’s former Stock Exchange building has come onto the market.
Caffe Borsa is said to have a capacity of 60 covers, with an additional 50 available in the piazza area to the front of the building.

Offers in excess of £75,000 are sought for the leasehold.
