AN Edinburgh bartender has beaten competition from Scotland and England to take the title of Glenfiddich Malt Mastermind 2013.
Till Britze of Edinburgh bar The Last Word wowed judges with his version of classic whisky cocktail the Rob Roy.
Britze’s cocktail, the Red Stag, was voted best by a judging panel that included Brian Kinsman, master blender at Glenfiddich parent company William Grant & Sons.
