TWO Fat Ladies proprietor Ryan James and Puma Hotels CEO Fredrik Korallus dined beside the sea last week as they prepared for the launch of new joint venture, Two Fat Ladies at The Marine.
The partnership will see the Two Fat Ladies brand expand outside of Glasgow for the first time, with the launch of a 110-seat restaurant at The Marine Hotel in Troon.
The new restaurant will open later this month under the care of restaurant manager, and Troon local, Ashley Hardcastle and head chef Andrew Beattie.
James said that the location at the Marine Hotel “will be an idyllic backdrop to our menus”.
“Those that already know us will be able to enjoy our experience at a new location, whilst those that are new to the Two Fat Ladies will find this the perfect introduction,” he added.
