A HOSTEL in Fort William with planning permission for a new bar, lounge and conservatory is up for sale.
Located next to Loch Linnhe and the slipway for the Corran ferry, the four-star Corran Bunkhouse has 32 beds in 12 rooms, as well as a detached two-bedroom owner’s house.
The sale is being handled by Colliers International on behalf of David Donnelly and Helen Richardson, who have run the business for the last ten years.
Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the Corran Bunkhouse would provide a “superb lifestyle” for new owners.
“This easily managed business appeals to an enormous range of clientele, including schools, club groups and private tourists,” he said. “With the newly-granted planning permission I am anticipating a lot of interest in the property.”
The bunkhouse is on the market for offers around £625,000.
