FOUR former Admiral Taverns pubs have come onto the books of property agent Colliers.

New owners are being sought for The Jolly Gin in Falkirk, The Earl of Zetland in Grangemouth, Back O’Hill in Stirling, and The Crown Inn in Keith.

The Jolly Gin is on the market for offers in the region of £250,000 plus VAT; The Earl of Zetland – a converted former church fitted out with a ground floor bar and restaurant – is being marketed with a price tag of offers in the region of £250,000 plus VAT; offers in the region of £175,000 plus VAT are being sought for Back O’Hill on Drip Road; and The Crown Inn has a price tag of offers in the region of £150,000 plus VAT.

Colliers’ Paul Shiells said: “All of these properties are well located in their respective towns.”
