A recently-refurbished hotel in the Cairngorms National Park has come onto the market.
The Coppice Hotel in Grantown on Spey is said to have been revamped to the tune of ÂŁ280,000 by the current owners, who bought the property out of liquidation.
The hotel has 19 bedrooms, a bar, conservatory lounge, dining room and a private owner’s flat.
“It is now being offered for sale largely completed with only some final decoration, carpeting and furnishing of the bedrooms required,” said Alistair Letham, a director with Colliers International, which is marketing the property with a price tag of offers around £375,000.
“The hotel is a wonderful opportunity for enthusiastic hotel owners and operators to develop a new business in this great visitor location.”
