A PERTHSHIRE restaurant which featured in the Sunday Times’ top 100 value for money restaurants is on the market.
The Apron Stage is located in the village of Stanley, which is accessible from the A9.
Chartered surveyors firm Shepherd is handling the sale of the ground floor licensed restaurant, which forms part of a terraced building that’s said to date from 1896.
“This 20-cover restaurant provides a unique and friendly atmosphere, making for an easily manageable business opportunity with low overheads suitable for a husband and wife team or a chef owner,” said Jonathan Reid at Shepherd.
“We believe meaningful increases in turnover and profitability can be achieved by extending opening hours and focusing on private parties and functions.”
Offers in the region of ÂŁ95,000 are sought for the freehold.
