AN Aberdeenshire business with multiple income streams is up for sale after 23 years under the same ownership.
Deveron Country House in Turriff, trading as Buckley’s, is being marketed by selling agent Ryden due to current owner Brian Brown’s plans to retire.
The business comprises a main bar, 300-capacity nightclub, 50-cover restaurant and 150-cover function room.
Andy Macpherson at Ryden said there is “considerable scope to maximise turnover” at the outlet.
Ryden is seeking offers over £375,000 for the property.
