A NEW owner is sought for a hotel with conference and event facilities in the centre of Stirling.
Terraces Hotel has 18 letting bedrooms as well as a bistro bar, conference facilities and a 120-cover function suite.
Andrew Dodd of selling agent Bruce & Co said the hotel, which has an asking price of £1.1 million, is trading “extremely successfully”.
“Potential buyers should note that there is tremendous scope to develop this business further, particularly by catering for more functions, such as weddings, opening up an evening restaurant and also marketing the hotel in the national and local press for weekend breaks,” said Dodd.
