New gin from London distiller

THE London Distillery Company has released a new small batch gin.

Developed at the distillery in Battersea, Dodd’s Gin is said to pay tribute to 18th century British-born entrepreneur Ralph Dodd.
The gin, which is non chill-filtered and bottled at 49.9% ABV, was created by master distiller Andrew MacLeod Smith and Founder Darren Rook using organic botanicals, including juniper, angelica, fresh lime peel, bay laurel, cardamom, red raspberry leaf and London honey.
“Any distiller will tell you that it takes many months of research and development to create an innovative, premium organic spirit, and Dodd’s was no different,” said Andrew MacLeod Smith.
