A NUMBER of self-catering lodges on the banks of Loch Monzievaird are being marketed by selling agent Colliers International.
Loch Monzievaird Lodges includes 23 self-catering cottages set in 30 acres of countryside around the loch; planning permission has also been secured for a further development.
The properties have been owned by Stephen and Siân Brown for the past 17 years.
In addition to the lodges the sale also includes a house and gamekeeper’s lodge.
Colliers is marketing the business for offers over £2.85m.
