CALL Systems Technology (CST) has introduced a new system that allows customers to call waiting staff remotely from outdoor areas.

‘EasyCall’ is a wireless device which, when pressed, transmits a signal that can be directed to a central display or to waiting staff.
CST said EasyCall buttons can also be customised to suit a venue’s brand image.
The company claims that EasyCall is able to improve table service by reducing wait time and staffing requirements.
