LICENSEES should consider non-alcoholic cocktails as part of their soft drinks offering.
Catering equipment supplier Nisbets said the healthier option of fresh fruit, as well as the added theatre of preparing drinks in front of the consumer, can help outlets stand out from their competitors.
Nisbets brand manager Heather Beattie said ‘mocktails’ are proving popular with customers looking for “a more sophisticated soft drink”.
“The variety of flavours that can be made is never-ending, especially with a little imagination, and customers are always willing to try different things,” she said.
