LINCAT has introduced a range of gantries and overshelves for its recently launched Panther range of robust, high capacity hot cupboards.
The gantries and overshelves, together with optional tray slides, door locks and corner bumpers, are available for Panther 670 and 800 Series models.
At 800mm deep, Panther 800 Series are suitable for the busiest commercial kitchens. Now there is a choice of six overshelves for each model including single, double and triple tiered options. Each is available with optional quartz heat lamps which can be controlled independently from the hot cupboard itself.
At 670mm deep, the 670 Series hot cupboards easily fit through narrow doorways, making them ideal for pubs and smaller restaurants, as well as nursing and care homes. Now each model can be fitted with a choice of two stylish gantries, which are ideal for use in carveries or buffet operations. Each gantry comes complete with a glass sneeze screen to ensure good hygiene standards.
