SLTN is set to welcome a brand new columnist in the shape of Ken Duncan, head brewer at Inveralmond Brewery in Perth.
Launching in the next issue of SLTN (March 21), Craft Beer Confessions will offer an insight into the craft beer scene, from the issues facing the industry to the creation of new beers and advice for operators on how to maximise margin opportunities from cask, keg and bottled craft beers.
