PUBCO Punch Taverns has introduced a new mystery shopper programme designed to provide feedback for its lessees.
The scheme, which started this month, sees pubs receive two visits over a 12-week period. Outlets are graded on a range of criteria, including first impressions, marketing, food and drink and staff interaction.
“It will highlight any areas for improvement and more importantly, things the pub does well so our partners can continue to grow their business successfully,” said Punch Taverns’ Paul Pavli.
