AN Aberdeenshire hotel that plays an integral role in its local community has come onto the books of Colliers International.
Occupying a prominent location on Huntly’s town square, the Huntly Hotel trades with ten letting bedrooms, two bars and a function room. The property also comes with a four-bedroom owner’s flat and a further two-bedroom flat offering staff accommodation.
Colliers International director Alistair Letham said the hotel is a focal point of the community.
“The business, which trades at a solid level of established income, has the opportunity, with new owners, to be developed and promoted further into a very healthy and profitable town centre business,” he said.
Offers around ÂŁ380,000 are sought for the Huntly Hotel.
