A NEW tenant is sought for a bar that’s been a feature of the licensed trade in Dunfermline for the past ten years.
Located on Bruce Street in the town centre, Cafe Continental is described as a stylish bar with a glass frontage. The premises comprises basement, ground, first and second floors; the ground and first floors are currently used as trading areas and can accommodate 120 people seated.
Barry McNeil, associate director at Christie & Co, which is marketing the lease, said the outlet currently trades on Fridays and Saturdays, offering a new tenant scope to develop the business.
“This is an existing licensed trade opportunity that is sure to interest many motivated and suitably experienced individuals in the Fife/Lothian areas and beyond,” he said.
