ENOTRIA is bringing what’s said to be its biggest ever wine roadshow to Glasgow’s Oran Mor on September 17.
The merchant has pledged to showcase 200 wines from 29 producers (from Argentina, Australia, Chile, France, Italy, New Zealand, South Africa, Spain and the USA) at the event, where key figures like Anne Trimbach, Sandro Mosele of Kooyong, John Hancock of Trinity Hill, and Andrew Gunn from Iona will be on hand to talk to visitors.
The show will also shine a light on wine cocktails, staff training, wine list design and online ordering.
Resident cocktail expert, Paul O’Donoghue will demonstrate how to include a wine cocktail on lists, using examples based on classic grape varieties.
