SOME of Scotland’s most exciting new chefs will showcase their skills at an exclusive dining event in Edinburgh.
Trinity Apse, just off the Royal Mile, will be the setting for the October 19 gathering, hailed by organisers as ‘the dining event of the year’.
It will see 25 paying guests enjoy a three-course dinner prepared by talented young chefs with an array of extra treats supplied by bespoke food and drinks suppliers and artists.
