A HIGH level of interest is expected in the sale of a restaurant on the banks of the River Ness, which has come onto the books of ASG Commercial as a leasehold sale.
River House Restaurant, on Greig Street, Inverness, is being sold by chef proprietor Allan ‘Alfie’ Little, who is said to have established a popular dining venue with “sleek surroundings and a fantastic ambience”.
ASG Commercial’s Paul Hart said the restaurant occupies an “excellent trading location” and attracts a core regular clientele, as well as tourists and visitors to the Highland city. “There remains a strong demand for well-established and thriving businesses in and around the centre of Inverness,” he said.
