HEINZ Foodservice has added five new flavours to its Heinz Kitchen range of bulk sauces.
Lager and Lime BBQ, Fiery Marrakesh, Flamin’ Cajun, Rocky Mountain Maple and Steakhouse Supreme have joined the existing variants: lemon and black pepper salad cream and classic burger and fire cracker sauces. Brand manager Daisy Lewis said the sauces are versatile and can be used as marinades, bastes and dips.
“We’ve taken a lot of time researching what modern consumers are looking for from eating out and have identified three key trend platforms: heat, modern classics and safe adventures,” she said.
“As a result, we have pushed the boundaries and created these five unique sauces, each packed with bold and exotic flavours which will allow chefs to confidently and cost-effectively enhance their best-selling dishes, whilst driving profitability.”
