LONDON-based wine merchant Enotria has appointed a new training manager for Scotland.
Paul O’Donoghue, who joins from the SLTN Award-winning venue Bond No.9 in Leith, will work closely with his colleagues in the UK capital and provide tailored training opportunities for the trade north of the border.
Enotria’s training philosophy, delivered through its Serving Wine with Confidence programme, is said to be based on instilling staff with knowledge, confidence and a strong customer service ethic.
“I would love to demystify the world of wine for those new to hospitality and encourage them to discover just how exciting and varied a world it is,” said Paul, who has also worked in the restaurants at Prestonfield and the George Hotel in Edinburgh.
