LUXURY hotel group Clarenco has appointed Gary Leishman as the head chef at its Carberry Tower property.
Leishman was most recently sous chef at the company’s Ackergill Tower hotel in Caithness.
Located near Edinburgh, Carberry Tower was brought into the Clarenco stable last year. It is currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment and has recently re-opened its Ceilidh Hall.
Clarenco operates a number of luxury resorts across Scotland, England and Wales.
