CARPIGIANI UK, the manufacturer of Italian ice cream equipment, is looking to capitalise on the milder weather with the launch of a new token-operated ice cream machine.

The Carpigiani 191 Magica is a free standing machine capable of producing a range of different ice cream flavours.
It includes instructions on how to use the machine, with a touch-screen panel giving users the chance to choose one of three different flavours, or a combination of any two together with sauce.
With a 12-litre bowl capacity, Carpigiani claims that the 191 Magica is capable of producing 250 75g portions an hour.
