THE price of a Dundee hotel has been dropped as the current owners seek to sell up to concentrate on other business interests.
The Craigtay Hotel, in Broughty Ferry Road, has 17 en suite bedrooms, a recently-refurbished bar and restaurant (Aubergine Restaurant and Grill Bar), a function room and a private meeting room.
Colliers International director Alistair Letham said an asking price of offers around £275,00 has been set to facilitate an early sale. “Craigtay Hotel, following the refurbishment of the bar and restaurant, has shown a significant increase in turnover and, with the healthy and regular accommodation trade, is an excellent business of appeal to the local population and business community alike,” he said.
