TWO adjacent venues in the Argyll town of Oban have come onto the books of property agent Cornerstone.

Paparazzi – a 150-capacity ground floor cafe bar and restaurant – and O’Donnells Irish pub, which is located in the basement of the premises and can also accommodate 150, are for sale at £70,000 for the leasehold.
Cornerstone director Derek Burgoyne said the two venues complement each other well.
“Paparazzi is a stylish and chic bar which attracts a younger crowd,” he said.
“O’Donnells Irish Pub, with its exposed beamed ceilings, is a different proposition altogether and attracts a wide variety of customers.”
