Located in the village of Methven, the Bell Tree Inn has a public bar, a coffee shop/restaurant, two letting bedrooms and an owner’s flat.
Christie & Co is marketing the property with a price tag of offers over £250,000 on behalf of Brian and Lorraine Macdonald, who have owned it for the past six years.
