No need for wild goose chase

THERE’S no need for operators seeking an accommodation business in the UK’s ‘outdoor capital’ to go on a wild goose chase.

The Chase the Wild Goose Hostel in Banavie, Fort William, has just come on to the books of agent Colliers International.
With views of Ben Nevis, the hostel has eight separate bunkrooms for up to 48 guests, a dining room, kitchen facilities and a TV room.
“Chase the Wild Goose Hostel is an easily-run and very profitable business that can trade year-round,” said Colliers International director Alistair Letham.
“Currently run under management the business still produces profits of nearly 50% on turnover. Resident owners could easily increase the business by the provision of additional services, including food.”
Offers around £350,000 are sought for the Chase the Wild Goose Hostel.
