HAYMAN Distillers has released a new small batch gin whose roots are said to stretch back to the 1800s.

Hayman’s 1850 Reserve Gin has been distilled to a recipe from the 1850s. After distillation the liquid is ‘rested’ in Scotch whisky barrels for three to four weeks before bottling.
The gin is being produced in batches of 5000 bottles all individually numbered.
Hayman’s 1850 Reserve Gin, ABV 40%, is available in 700ml bottles.
